Bird Lovers Day

Take a birding tour, hear a story book, observe herons, learn about birds from the experts! These are among the activities at Bird Lovers Day at the Ballard Locks Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022.

WOS, Seattle Audubon Society, COASST, Heron Habitat Helpers, and Secret Garden Books will be present at the Ballard Locks to provide tours and information about birds and to describe what their organizations have to offer people interested in birds.

The Bird Lovers Day is being organized by the Seattle District of the Army Corps of Engineers, which operates the Ballard Locks.
