MEMBERS: Has your contact information changed? Print and fill out this form with updated information, scan and email it to membership@wos.org. Or mail it to the address listed on the form.
Wondering when your membership renewal is due? You will receive an email from WOS stating your membership expiration date during the month that your membership term expires.
