Heavy appetizer buffet
Conference attendees who sign up for this buffet will enjoy a selection of heavy appetizers featuring meat, vegetarian and gluten-free items. This could include meat and cheese platters, caprese skewers, fresh vegetable dip platters, coconut prawns, and charcuterie skewers.
The cost will be $20 per person to be paid during registration.

Sit-down dinner
This dinner offers three main-course options:
- Vegetable Lasagna
- Slow-smoked BBQ Chicken
- Seared Salmon & Wild Rice
Possible accompaniments are Caesar salad, Spring mix salad, Sweet chili cole slaw, Roasted Chef’s Vegetable Medley, Garlic mashed potatoes, Artisan roll, and Dessert.
The cost of this dinner will be $35. You will choose your main course and pay during registration.
