Maximum # of participants (flexible) is eight.
Meet at 6 a.m. at Bassett Park in Washtucna, WA. Our plan will be to bird the migrant traps of Washtucna, Palouse Falls, and Lyons Ferry, spending most of the day. Late May is a great time to still have large numbers of regular migrants as well as the slight possibility of a vagrant. Plan to pack a lunch and bring water. We can carpool from Washtucna, or travel in separate cars to allow more flexibility for the day’s birding, depending on preferences of participants.
