Meals

All meals are on your own except for the Saturday evening banquet described below. Complimentary appetizers will be provided at the Friday night social. No-host bars will be available both Friday and Saturday nights.There will be no box lunch program this year. You will need to purchase your own lunch items at one of the grocery stores in town. The banquet dinner will be $40. You will be able to buy additional meals for those accompanying you to the banquet, but who are not registering for the conference. The Marriott is offering Fruit Parfaits, Sliced Fruit, and Whole Fruit as breakfast options for purchase. Fruit items will be available at 5:00am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. Fruit items are not included in the conference fees and are to be paid for by members.

Evening Events

The Friday and Saturday evening events will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla at 550W Rose Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362.A no-host bar will be available both nights. On Friday, there will be complimentary hors d’ouves, as well.

7:00 PM PRESENTATION – “STUMP THE EXPERTS:” BIRD QUIZ NIGHT, with Dennis Paulson – The Blues 1 & 2 Rooms

SATURDAY

5:30-6:00 PM Social Half Hour: no host Bar – The Blues 1 & 2 Rooms
6:00 PM BANQUET DINNER – The Blues 1 & 2 Rooms
7:00 PM PRESENTATION – LECTURE: “Wildlife and Sagebrush Recovery-fire management and sagebrush sensitive avian species.” Tim Parker, Interdisciplinary Program in Environmental Studies, Chair Department of Biology, Whitman College, Walla Walla – The Blues 1 & 2 Rooms
